We aim to provide the quality and superior service of a large firm in the form of a small, affordably priced boutique firm. Our staff is comprised of three lawyers and a 10-person support staff. Throughout the legal process, both creditors and debtors deserve to be treated with respect. Often, matters can be worked out with debtors to resolve their claims. These solutions are often best for both parties involved.
When matters cannot be favorably worked out with a debtor, we will take the case to trial and work to receive a favorable judgment. Our firm is highly respected for our ability to enforce judgments and retrieve assets for our clients. As a result, other lawyers often refer clients to us for these services.
Flexible Fees
We believe in providing our clients with significant value for their dollars. We also offer a variety of payment options. Generally, we charge on a flat-fee, hourly and contingency fee basis for commercial and retail collections. We are also willing to negotiate fees on a case-by-case basis and discuss flat-fee rates and budgets for contested matters.
